Superb Stay with Excellent Amenities
complete equipment range great staff convenient location excellent breakfast
The gym was the best I have seen in any hotel, with a complete range of equipment. The staff were great, and the location provided convenient access. The room offered lovely amenities (I especially liked the bathrobes). Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of items (try the omelets!).
The room service could be slightly more attentive. Glasses were sometimes removed and not promptly replaced.
Service
9/10
The greeters in the lobby escorted guests to their rooms and gave information about the hotel facilities. The service staff in the restaurant and bar areas are quick and quite hospitable. They ensured everyone found a table even during busy breakfast hours.
Rooms
9/10
The room was very comfortable and featured a classical decoration with a modern bathroom. The bathroom had a well-kept shower. Everything inside the premises was spotlessly clean and very bright. The hotel had plentiful options for resting and dining.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of choices (I appreciated the fresh fruit selection). The hotel has two wonderful bars. The sushi restaurant offers a unique dining experience. I found a decent spread at breakfast.

unclear pricing cheap coffee
the mini bar pricing felt unclear. i was told items above the mini bar were complimentary, but i received a bill later. it caused some confusion and required extensive email communication to resolve it. also, the coffee sticks instead of a proper coffee machine in the room felt a bit cheap.
