the staff at reception was very polite. i was upgraded to the eighth executive floor. the location is right next to a square so it was easy to access local attractions.
i was not made aware of a service charge for every room service delivery which increased my bill.

The gym was the best I have seen in any hotel, with a complete range of equipment. The staff were great, and the location provided convenient access. The room offered lovely amenities (I especially liked the bathrobes). Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of items (try the omelets!).
The room service could be slightly more attentive. Glasses were sometimes removed and not promptly replaced.

The greeters in the lobby escorted guests to their rooms and gave information about the hotel facilities. The service staff in the restaurant and bar areas are quick and quite hospitable. They ensured everyone found a table even during busy breakfast hours.

The gym was a highlight for me. I found it to be the best equipped gym I have seen in a hotel (it had a wide range of equipment). My room had great amenities. The staff was great. The hotel location allowed easy access to various attractions.
The room service could improve. Glasses were sometimes removed during cleaning and only returned after multiple calls.

unclear pricingcheap coffee
the mini bar pricing felt unclear. i was told items above the mini bar were complimentary, but i received a bill later. it caused some confusion and required extensive email communication to resolve it. also, the coffee sticks instead of a proper coffee machine in the room felt a bit cheap.

The hotel's location is excellent. It sits near Taksim Square. The staff proved very helpful. Berkan Younis at reception aided with a flawless check-in. He also gave helpful suggestions.

The location is amazing! The staff at reception is helpful, I must say. The breakfast had a nice selection. I felt lucky getting a table overlooking the Bosphorus.
The minibar wasn't replaced daily and the counter was left dirty. The mugs and glasses also weren't replaced. Turn down service never arrived unless I request it. This is inconvenient.

the front desk staff facilitated an early check-in as my flight arrived earlier than expected (a welcome gesture after a long journey). i also interacted with the guest relations team and found them to be professional and attentive. the service at the executive lounge was really good, offering personalized assistance.
